Share.car is our car share booking platform built for all forms of station-based car sharing. Share.car contains all the elements that a Car Share Operator (CSO) needs to run a successful car share operation. 

 

Our intuitive platform allows the CSO to easily manage rates and fees, approve customers, check driver’s licenses, issue and refund invoices, track fleet usage, add cars, manage damage, set taxes and monitor the performance of the fleet. 

Through the Share.car community function the CSO can either restrict car access to a specific group or open the fleet up to everyone in a city.  The system is designed for Residential, Campus, Corporate and City car sharing and allows a car share fleet to be restricted to a residential building, students or a corporate campus.

Stephen Brennan

Stephen was part of the senior management team responsible for the establishment of Symantec, a leading multinational software company, in Ireland. He held global responsibility for product and service localisation, internationalisation and certification and established engineering centres in China, India, Japan and Poland. His international and varied experience brings GTS a unique insight of the industry from a variety of perspectives. 

 

Scott Ferguson

Scott was formerly Managing Director and Head of Middle East Investment Banking for Nomura International Plc, based in Dubai with responsibility for the MENA region.  He joined Lehman Brothers in 2004 as Managing Director in charge of the firm’s EMEA Financial Institutions Capital Markets business.  His experience with multinational companies such as Citigroup (Managing Director and Head of Asian Equity Capital Markets) and Goldman Sachs (various roles in the firm’s Equities Division) is invaluable to GTS. In aggregate, he has played leading roles in raising more than $100 billion of capital.
 

Ulf Henriksson

Ulf is a transformational leader with top expertise in industrial products and markets. Most recently, Ulf served as President and CEO of Dematic Group, the global engineering and logistics company operating in 35 countries. 

During his tenure, Ulf delivered the company’s equity investors a return of 7.5 times total equity culminating in a $2.1 billion sell to KION Group. He also served on the Board of Directors.

Rick has over 30 years of experience at the pinnacle of the automotive industry, having acted as Chairman and CEO of General Motors, one of the world's largest car and truck manufactures.
